Our plans start at $1,999 a month, or $1,499 a month billed annually, plus 13% HST for Ontario clients. Every plan is month-to-month with 30 days' notice, so you are never locked in. The higher plans add more channels, more hands and, at Enterprise level, a website design and build at no extra charge. The full, current schedule is on the Trades.Agency pricing page.

The three plans
| Plan | Month-to-month | Billed annually | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | The core marketing programme, for a firm already established in its trade |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | More channels at once, with half price on Trades.Agency website design packages |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | Your own dedicated team and priority support, with any website package designed and built free |
All prices are in Canadian dollars. In Ontario that means adding 13% HST. Advertising spend, if you run ads, is paid directly to the platform and is separate from the plan fee.
How the plans map to brand and website work
The plans were designed for marketing, so here is how we use them for brand and website projects.
- Growth suits a firm with a decent existing site that needs its brand tightened and its local presence cleaned up, with ongoing improvements each month.
- Elite suits a firm that needs a new website and a broader programme. The 50% discount on Trades.Agency website packages makes a rebuild considerably cheaper alongside the monthly work.
- Enterprise suits a larger firm, or one going through a full rebrand. The included website design and build, plus a dedicated team, covers strategy, identity and a full redesign and migration together.
What drives the cost
Brand and website work varies in effort for reasons you can predict:
- How much is changing. A refresh around an existing logo takes far less time than a new name and identity.
- Size of the website. Twelve well-written pages cost less than forty. More pages are only worth it when each answers a real question.
- State of the old site. A site with years of rankings and links needs a careful migration, which adds work but protects revenue.
- Access problems. If a former developer holds your domain or hosting, recovering it adds time.
- Photography. Real project photos make a site work. If you have none, we plan how to get them, which takes weeks rather than days.
- Number of applications. Vehicles, uniforms, signage and documents each need their own artwork.
A worked way to judge value
Don't judge the price in isolation. Judge it against what better presentation could plausibly earn.
Say your average job is worth $3,500, you close 40% of enquiries, and your current site brings 10 enquiries a month. That is four jobs and $14,000 of monthly work. If a rebuilt site and clearer brand lift enquiries to 15 a month, you win six jobs and $21,000. The extra $7,000 a month in work comfortably covers the Growth plan, even before margin is counted, and it repeats every month the site keeps performing. If your numbers don't support that kind of return, we will tell you, and suggest a smaller start.
How to choose
- Start small if you are unsure. Growth on monthly billing lets you test us for a quarter.
- Go annual only once you are confident. The saving is real, roughly 25%, but only worth it if you plan to stay.
- Choose Elite or Enterprise if a new site is certain. The website discount or inclusion usually outweighs the higher monthly fee.
Before committing, read the FAQ and look at results from our HVAC work. Then call, text or email for the free consultation. We are a brand and marketing service, not a contractor, so every dollar here buys marketing and design work, never trade labour or materials.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every plan rolls over monthly, and 30 days' notice ends it. Annual billing is optional and simply lowers the monthly price.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Oakville firms add 13% Ontario HST.
Can we buy a website on its own, without a monthly plan?
Trades.Agency offers website design packages, and the current details are on its pricing page. Elite plan clients receive 50% off those packages, and Enterprise includes a website design and build. Ask us which route is cheaper for your situation.
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. Eligible trades businesses get a free 30-minute initial consultation, separate from any paid plan, with no obligation.
